Women’s Empowerment Advocate 

Alongside my corporate career, I am deeply committed to social impact. I have raised significant funds for women-focused charities, volunteered in career mentorship and humanitarian support, and recently took a sabbatical to focus on travel, environmental conservation, and pro bono financial advisory work.

I am an associate member of the Leadership Circle at Women for Women International a global nonprofit supporting women affected by conflict through programmes combining financial assistance, skills training, and community support to help them rebuild their lives and livelihoods. I have supported and fundraised for Women for Women International for 10 years, and in 2023 was part of the first all-female team to cross the Namib Desert entirely on foot, raising US$70k for the charity.

I am also a founding partner of Women Beyond Limits, a global NGO founded by Christine Amour-Levar that empowers women through expeditions, mentorship, and fundraising initiatives designed for long-term impact.

On a fortnightly basis I volunteer with ‘Young Women’s Trust’, a UK charity supporting young women on low incomes through personalised coaching, mentoring, and advocacy to help them access fair work and sustainable careers.

I have certifications in ‘Trustee Training’ (ICAEW) and ‘Accounting for Charities’ (AccountingCPD).
